She is majoring in dairy science and pre-veterinarian science. She is the daughter of Rocquelle and Eric Rockwell.

Bill Black, chairman of Washington County Farm Bureau scholarship committee, presents a $1,000 scholarship to Zachary Rohaley of Washington who has completed one year at Wheeling University and two years at California University of Pennsylvania. He is majoring in human resources management. He is the son of Mike and Brenda Rohaley. This summer, Zach played baseball for the Johnstown Mill Rats and is presently playing baseball for Cal U.

Bill Black, chairman of Washington County Farm Bureau scholarship committee, Logan Pachavis of Wexford – who completed two years at Penn State, Behrend campus, and one year at West Virginia University – is majoring in wood science technology with a minor in business administration. This summer she completed a summer internship at Huber Engineered Products, Commerce, Ga. She is the daughter of Bob and Barb Pachavis.
