5 pounds red potatoes

1/2 cup chopped onions

3/4 pound yellow American cheese, cubed

1 cup mayonnaise

1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled

Green olives sliced, about 1/2 to 1 cup

Salt and pepper to taste

Lightly grease a 9×13 casserole pan. Boil potatoes until fork tender. Cube and place in a large mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix to combine. Top with the sliced green olives. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 to 60 minutes until golden brown.
