Stuffed Pepper Soup
16 ounces lean ground meat, cooked and drained
1 to 2, 8 ounce cans of tomatoes
1 to 4, 8 ounce cans of tomato juice
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup diced green peppers and onions
1/2 to 1 cup water
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together and simmer for 30 minutes.
