Grilled Bananas Stuffed with Marshmallows and Chocolate Squares
Makes 4 servings
4 unpeeled ripe bananas
2 milk chocolate candy bars (Hershey’s recommended)
1⁄2 cup miniature marshmallows
1. Set the grill up for direct grilling and preheat to medium heat.
2. Slit each banana lengthwise through the peel, making sure not to cut all the way through. Open the peel and banana wider to form a pocket.
3. Unwrap the candy bars and separate the chocolate squares. Stuff each banana with marshmallows, followed by chocolate squares.
4. Grill for 5 to 8 minutes, or until marshmallows and chocolate are melted. Serve and enjoy.
