This is a rendering for a “Proposed 360 bed Washington County Home and Hospital for the Aged.” It was done by Joseph F. Bontempo and Associates from Rochester, Pa., for Washington County Commissioners Michael R. Flynn, John P. Bevec and John Mazza. Michael Baker Jr., Inc., also of Rochester, is listed as the consulting engineers. It is undated.

While searching for old photos in the basement of the Observer-Reporter building, we came across two architectural renderings – one of the 1960s Trinity High School Renovation, and one from either the 1960s or very early 1970s of a proposed Washington County Home and Hospital for the Aged.
