Theft reported: A global positioning system valued at $33,780 was stolen between Nov. 3 and Monday from heavy equipment owned by Shallenberger Construction of Connellsville while the vehicle was parked at a Marcellus Shale natural gas drilling site off Huffman Road, state police said. The theft also resulted in $17,065 in damages to the vehicle, police said.
Warrant served: Shawn R. Harden, 29, address unknown, is charged with possession of drugs with intent to deliver and drug possession, accused of selling $120 worth of crack to an undercover state police trooper about 3:30 a.m. Aug. 16, 2011, in an alley off Allison Avenue, near Henderson Avenue, court records show. Police arrested him on a warrant Wednesday. He is in the Washington County jail on $50,000 bond set by District Judge David Mark.
