1 min read

The case of a Beaver County man accused of biting off the tip of a 17-year-old girl’s finger during an altercation last June at First Niagara Pavilion is scheduled to begin Tuesday morning in Washington County court.

Hanover Township police charged Zachary Nicholas Leone, 22, of Aliquippa, with aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person after an incident June 2 at a Lady Antebellum concert.

A 17-year-old girl tried to break up a fight when she lost her fingertip. She was taken to Weirton (W.Va.) Medical Center for treatment.

Jury selection in Leone’s case was completed late Monday afternoon in the courtroom of Judge Katherine B. Emery. He is free on $25,000 unsecured bond.
