Central Greene approves new curriculum
WAYNESBURG – Central Greene School Board approved the McGraw Hill Social Studies pilot program and the Document Based Question project pilot for the 2013-14 school year at Margaret Bell Miller Middle School.
Document based questions are used to build reading, analytical and writing skills. Students answer the questions providing evidence-based arguments. By implementing the DBQ project pilot, Central Greene School District becomes the first in the state to do so, according to www.dbqproject.com.
