Clarksville man charged with invasion of privacy

1 min read

A Clarksville man faces several charges, including invasion of privacy, after two alleged incidents involving his former girlfriend.

Steven Fiem, 21, of 47 Taylor Ave., is accused of sending a 15-year-old girl a topless photograph of his ex-girlfriend Friday. The 15-year-old, along with her mother, came to the East Bethlehem Township police station to report the incident.

The former girlfriend told police Fiem claimed he accidentally sent the wrong photograph to the girl.

East Bethlehem police filed charges Tuesday of invasion of privacy, harassment and disorderly conduct at the office of District Judge Joshua Kanalis.

The parents of the former girlfriend told police they have tried numerous times to make Fiem leave the family alone.

Earlier this month, township police charged Fiem with defiant trespass and disorderly conduct stemming from a March 29 incident. Fiem allegedly went into a Fredericktown business where the mother of his former girlfriend works, knowing he had been banned from the store last June after a previous incident.

A preliminary hearing on the charges will be scheduled before Kanalis.
