Charges withdrawn against man
A North Franklin Township man was cleared Thursday of all charges filed in connection with an incident July 20 at a concert at First Niagara Pavilion. Trent E. Carlson, 28, of 310 Scenic Drive, had been charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment and public drunkenness. All of those charges were withdrawn by Hanover Township police just before he was scheduled to have a preliminary hearing before District Judge Gary Havelka.
