Numerous people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court.

Appearing before Judge Edward Borkowski were:

Jacob Kronemer, 39, of 731 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 4; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Millissia Leasure, 31, of 403 Short Drive, New Eagle; theft by unlawful taking; charged Nov. 26, 2012; sentence – 12 months of probation, no contact with victim.

Thomas Cimarolli, 54, of 2763 Locust Drive, Pittsburgh; two counts of harassment, two counts of disorderly conduct; charged Oct. 28, 2012; sentence – 360 days of probation, $1,580 restitution.

Justin M. Simms, 22, of 39 Klages Road, West Alexander; DUI, bad checks; charged Nov. 10, 2012, and between Nov. 28, 2010, and Jan. 6, 2011; sentence – 10 days to 12 months of probation with the first 10 days on home monitoring, $4,055 restitution.

Jarrett P. Singleton, 22, of 59 Burton Ave., Washington; firearms not to be carried without license, two counts of possession of a small amount of marijuana; charged Nov. 30, 2011, Oct. 12, 2011, and Feb. 12; sentence – 9 to 23 months in jail, 2 years of probation.

Danny A. Lutz, 48, of 110 Chess St., Apt. 412, New Eagle; two counts of DUI, recklessly endangering another person, fleeing; charged Nov. 22, 2012, and March 17; sentence – 30 days to 6 months in jail, $2,000 fine, 24 months of probation.

Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman was:

Richard A. Edwards III, 24, of 229 Parker St., Houston; DUI, theft by unlawful taking; charged March 1, 2013, and March 18, 2012; sentence – 30 days to 12 months in jail, $250 and $3,291 restitution, $1,000 fine, 12-month license suspension.
