Man struck, killed by train
PITTSBURGH (AP) — Authorities in western Pennsylvania say a man was struck and killed by a train while walking along tracks in the Pittsburgh area.
Officials in Allegheny County say the victim was hit on the CSX tracks in Moon Township near Sewickley Bridge shortly after 4 p.m. Saturday.
A spokesman for the county medical examiner’s office identified the victim Sunday as 18-year-old Trevor Fluharty of Leesdale.
An autopsy is slated to determine the cause and manner of death.
