Parkway West work set
Work to improve the Parkway West (Interstate 376) in Robinson Township, Allegheny County, will continue Thursday night, weather permitting.
Beginning at 10 p.m., crews from Strawser Construction will close the westbound off-ramp to Routes 22/30 for resurfacing. Traffic will be detoured. The ramp will reopen at 6 a.m.
Resurfacing and ramp work will also occur Friday and Saturday nights with restrictions on the parkway between the Routes 22/30 and Campbells Run Road interchanges.
From 10 p.m. Friday to 9 a.m. Saturday, one eastbound lane will be closed and a westbound lane will close from midnight Friday to 9 a.m. Saturday.
On Saturday, work on the westbound off-ramp to Routes 22/30 will occur. Lane restrictions also will occur on the Boyce Road on-ramp to the eastbound parkway.
Work will also occur the weekend of Aug. 23-26.
