Police issue Amber Alert for 10-year-old Pa. girl

BUTLER (AP) – An Amber Alert has been issued for a 10-year-old girl police say was abducted from her home in Gordon.

Butler Township Police said Alexandria Jade Long was abducted around 4:30 p.m. Thursday by 39-year-old Peter Tarbox. He is believed to be taking her to New York state.

Alexandria is described as 4 feet, 10 inches tall, 100 pounds, with short brown hair and hazel eyes. She is wearing black wired framed glasses.

Police said Tarbox is driving a green Saab sedan with an unknown New York registration.
