Police: 3 shot in Western Pa. bar fight
AMBRIDGE (AP) — Police said three people were shot in an altercation outside a Pittsburgh-area bar.
Ambridge Police Chief James Mann tells the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette that two men and a woman were shot outside the Colonial Grill shortly after 1 a.m. Sunday.
He said one man was flown to the hospital in serious condition with a chest wound. Another man remained hospitalized with a gunshot wound, while the woman was treated and released.
Mann said several women got into an altercation inside the bar. He said the argument spilled into the street, and a man began shooting a .40-caliber pistol. He said 18 shell casings were recovered.
