A crash involving multiple vehicles, including a tractor-trailer, closed Interstate 70 at its Eighty Four interchange for more than two hours Tuesday.

State Department of Transportation spokeswoman Valerie Petersen said the truck struck a concrete barrier and forced it into the oncoming lanes about 7:30 a.m. She said no fatalities or spills of hazardous materials were reported in the accidents.

State police investigated the Somerset Township crash, and cleared the scene about 9:45 a.m.
