Two cited: Thomas Mimidis, 21, of 3038 Hogback Road, Finleyville, and John Maisano, 21, of 800 Crest Drive, Monessen, were cited for disorderly conduct after a party at 219 Fifth St. became unruly and occupants spilled into the street to fight at 12:02 a.m. Tuesday, according to borough police.
Underage citation: Ashley Fiorino, 19, of 811 Washington St., Belle Vernon, was cited for underage drinking at 1:14 a.m. Tuesday on Fifth Street, according to borough police.
Multiple charges: Anthony Kudyba, 19, of 186 Star Junction, was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, underage intoxication and public intoxication at 11:47 p.m. Monday after he allegedly struck a vehicle while walking along Fifth Street. Borough police said Kudyba also punched his brother, Paul Kudyba, in the head while his brother attempted to drive him home, causing his brother to nearly strike a pedestrian before running into a parked vehicle. Anthony Kudyba was taken to Mon Valley Hospital for evaluation.
Underage citation: Danielle M. Kirschler, 19, of Canonsburg, was cited for underage drinking after she was seen causing a disturbance on Peach Way at 3:08 a.m. Tuesday, borough police reported.
