Crash: No injuries were reported in a single-car crash at 7:15 a.m. Dec. 22 on Route 21, state police said. Police said Jewel V. Wrick, 23, of Waynesburg, lost control of her car after it ran off the edge of the highway. The vehicle struck an embankment.
Minor injuries: Minor injuries were reported in a two-vehicle crash at 9:35 a.m. Dec. 21 on Interstate 79, state police said. Police said a vehicle operated by Yaohui Ding, 31, of Morgantown, W.Va., struck a vehicle driven by Terri S. Baugher, 51, of Hiram, Ga., when Ding was turning into the right lane. Both vehicles ran off the road. Baugher’s vehicle hit a traffic sign and an embankment and rolled. Ding’s vehicle also hit an embankment and rolled. Baugher and a passenger in her vehicle, Louis Camps, 53, suffered minor injuries.
Multiple-vehicle crash: No injuries were reported following a five-vehicle crash at 7:02 a.m. Dec. 27 on Route 18, about a half of a mile north of Pisgah Ridge Road, state police said. Police said a vehicle operate by Adam Garlick, 25, of Burton, W.Va., crossed into the opposing lane and collided with a vehicle driven by Harry Kelley of Waynesburg. Garlick’s vehicle then struck a vehicle operated by Anthony Cimino, 31, of Houston, police said. A vehicle operated by James Kenary, 62, of Mt. Morris, who attempted to avoid the other vehicles, ran off the road and struck a guardrail. Another vehicle, driven by Milan Evocevich of Waynesburg, was unable to stop and struck Kenary’s, Kelley’s and Garlick’s vehicles.
Crash: No injuries were reported in a single-vehicle crash at 9:56 p.m. Sunday on Ceylon Road. State police said a vehicle operated by Brently A. Durbin, 19, of Crucible, slid on the ice-covered road. The vehicle struck an embankment and overturned onto its roof.
Simple Assault: Scott Rolf, 42, of Clarksville, was charged with simple assault and harassment following an incident at 3:50 a.m. Saturday on C Street involving Lisa Martin of Clarksville, state police said. Martin was cited for harassment, police said.
Harassment: Brian Stump, 41, of Spraggs, was charged with harassment after he allegedly struck Daniel Henshawe of North Versailles in the face at 6:30 p.m. Sunday at 668 Rush Run Road, state police said. Henshawe was attempting to repossess Stump’s vehicle, which led to an altercation, police said.
