License plate stolen: A license plate was stolen from a vehicle owned by Kathryn Phillips of Waynesburg while it was parked in a lot at Thompson Garden’s Apartments, state police said. The theft occurred sometime between 9 p.m. on Jan. 2 and 8:30 a.m. on Jan. 3.
Criminal mischief: Linda Madlock of 410 Sherman Ave., Waynesburg, told police someone damaged her porch and siding with eggs soetime between 11 a.m. Dec. 23 and 1 p.m. Jan. 3.
Theft: A utility dump-style trailer with damage to its driver’s side fender was stolen from the Richhill Township dump site, 280 Headley Hollow Road, Graysville, between 2 p.m. Jan. 2 and 8 a.m. Jan. 3. The trailer is a 2006 black Moritz hydraulic dump trailer with wooden side boards and equipped with a roll-on tarp. It is owned by Allen Scott Koontz, 35, of Bedford. The estimated value of the dump trailer is $10,000.
