Items missing: A surveyor’s transit, rechargable battery and case were reported missing Thursday from a truck owned by Keystone Consultants of Carnegie, state police said. The items may have fallen off the truck between Kevech Road in Fallowfield and Uniontown, Fayette County. Anyone with information is asked to call state police at 724-929-6262.
Liquor violation: JEM Lounge, 164 Coyle Curtain Road, was cited by the state Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement for allowing smoking an area where it is prohibited and for selling more than the maximum permitted amount of alcohol for take-out. The violations occurred between July and Nov. 10.
Stolen items: Pamela Fowler of Washington told North Franklin police a $125 porcelain painting and $25 worth of penny magazines and other items were stolen from her pavilion at Washington Crown Center.
Wallet missing: Kenneth Lombardo of West Chestnut Street told North Franklin police his wallet was missing after he returned from running errands Thursday. He had $300 cash in the wallet along with his identification and debit and credit cards.
Money missing: A township resident reported her wallet with $500, two checkbooks and credit cards were stolen while she was in a dressing room at Goodwill Industries, 3492 Washington Road, McMurray, at 12:44 p.m. Thursday, township police said. The woman told police she left her purse containing a black cloth wallet in a shopping cart while she was in the dressing room. At 6:05 p.m. the wallet was recovered by another shopper in the store. The credit cards were in the wallet, but the money and checkbooks remain missing, police said.
