Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges.
Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:
William E. O’Hoskey, 53, of 730 Dutch Hill Road, Oakdale; second driving-under-the-influence offense, driving with a suspended license DUI-related; charged May 4 following a traffic stop on McDowell Lane in McMurray with a 0.211 percent blood-alcohol content; sentence – Intermediate Punishment Program for 23 months with the first 90 days in jail followed by 3 months on electronic home monitoring and SCRAM, $2,000 in fines, drug and alcohol evaluation and treatment, driver’s license suspension.
Casie L. Brink, 30, of 31 S. Main St., Ellsworth; receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy; charged for helping to steal $4,861 worth of copper rolls from Trumbull Industries in Somerset Township in March 2011; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Jerome B. Yoders, 24, of 275 North Ave., Apt. D5, Washington; possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 29 at Washington Crown Center in North Franklin Township; sentence – 15 months of probation.
Kory S. Vorum, 27, of 150 Cunningham Road, West Alexander; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 6 following a traffic stop on Buena Vista Street in Canton Township; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Darryl L. Crouch, 46, last known address 5684 Horney Road, Pittsburgh; burglary; charged for burglarizing 639 Mingo Park Estates, Nottingham Township, March 3, 2009; sentence – 15 months of probation with the first 3 months of intensive supervision.
Amanda L. Molinaro, 30, of 990 Broad St., Washington; possession with intent to deliver heroin; charged Nov. 2 for possession 40 bags of heroin at Ponderosa in South Strabane Township; sentence – 1 to 2 years in prison.
Dustin S. Swartz, 30, of 2140 Montour St., Coraopolis; disorderly conduct; charged Sept. 26 at Walmart in South Strabane Township; sentence – 12 months of probation.
William H. Greene, 21, address not listed; possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of marijuana; charged Aug. 27 after selling marijuana and heroin to an undercover police officer on Beau Street in Washington; sentence – 5 to 18 months in jail.
Michael T. Long, 20, of 156 Locust St., Muse; retail theft; charged Nov. 10 at Walmart in South Strabane Township; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Linsey R. Siudak, 19, of 216 May Road, Follansbee, W.Va.; retail theft; charged Nov. 8 at Walmart in South Strabane Township; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Richard A. Souffrant, 27, of 111 W. Lincoln Ave., Apt. 19, McDonald; possession of marijuana; charged Sept. 27 at 216 E. Lincoln Ave., Apt. B, McDonald; sentence – 6 months of probation, 25 hours of community service.
Bernice L. Marshall, 52, of 506 George St., Carmichaels; retail theft; charged Sept. 23 at Walmart in South Strabane Township; sentence – 18 months of probation with the first 3 months of intensive supervision.
George J. Rine, 28, of 261 Locust Ave., Apt. 3, Washington; possession of Opana, possession of drug paraphernalia, prohibited offensive weapons; charged Sept. 28 on Buena Vista Street in Washington; sentence – 18 months of probation.
Several people were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for first-time offenders. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged.
Albert D. Mee, 40, of 124 Prospect Ave., Apt. B, Charleroi, was admitted for 12 months for theft. He was charged Sept. 18, 2010, for stealing prescription drugs from 312 Washington Ave., Apt. 2, Charleroi.
Charles L. McFadden Jr., 41, of 621 Pala Ave., Fairbank, was admitted for 6 months for theft. He was charged April 21 for using the bank account of Frac Tech in Eighty Four to make a $1,144 personal purchase.
Antoinette Lowther, 23, of 81 Vesta St., Denbo, was admitted for 6 months for harassment. She was charged in January following an incident at her home.
Shi Mei Ma, 46, of 333 Freeport Road, Aspinwall, was admitted for 6 months for promoting prostitution and sexual assault. She was charged for indecently touching an undercover police officer at the Golden Phoenix Chinese Massage, 3339 Washington Road, Peters Township, in July 2011.
Four people were admitted to the ARD program for 12 months for a a first DUI offense. They were: Zachary T. Storf, 22, of 7 Scott Road, Washington; Becci L. Watson, 49, of 786 Claylick Road, Holbrook; Colin M. Bandell, 19, of 1009 Cork Drive, Bethel Park; and Michael J. Price, 57, of 200 1/2 Smithfield St., Canonsburg.

Ronald J. Beck, 35, of 2408 Irwin St., McKeesport; possession with intent to deliver marijuana; charged Feb. 18, 2011, following a traffic stop on Interstate 70 in Buffalo Township; sentence – 11 1/2 to 23 months in the county jail.
Nathaniel Blackman, 23, of 109 Second St., Donora; possession of cocaine; charged March 30 at his home; sentence – 12 months of probation.
