Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:

Davis W. Hall, 20, of 25 W. Chestnut St., Apt. 2A, Washington; aggravated assault; charged July 7; sentence – 3 to 23 months in jail with work release, restitution to be determined,

Alex Temple, 21, of 21 College St., West Middletown; driving under the influence of alcohol; charged May 20, 2012; sentence – 7 days to 6 months on home monitoring with work release, 12-month license suspension, $1,025 fine.

Timothy K. Jones, 53, of 114 Stratford Drive, McMurray; third offense of DUI; charged Aug. 11, 2011; sentence – 1 to 2 years in jail, $2,500 fine, 18-month license suspension.

William L. Luzier, 52, 121 Cidar Lane, McMurray; simple assault, terroristic threats; charged Jan. 29; sentence – 18 months of probation, no contact with victim, domestic violence class.

Shaelynn Saunoras, 20, 430 Blue Jay Drive, Canonsburg; harassment by communication; charged Feb. 6; sentence – 12 months of probation, no contact with victim.
