The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch for much of Southwestern Pennsylvania, including Washington and Greene counties, from 8 p.m. through late tonight. Showers and thunderstorms will once again develop late this afternoon and evening across the region. Some of these storms could produce moderate to heavy rainfall in areas that have already experienced several days of rain.
