Numerous people appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:

Greg Moon, 23, of 222 Allen Ave., Donora; five counts of possession with intent to deliver; charged Aug. 16, Sept. 1, and Sept. 9, 2011; sentence – 9 to 23 months in jail, 4 years of probation.

Justin L. Shrader, 27, of 10 Elizabeth St., Washington; DUI, driving unregistered vehicle, driving with a suspended license, operating vehicle without required financial responsibility; charged July 20; sentence – 6 months of probation, $625 fine.

Chris M. McClelland, 33, of 1348 Stone Church Road, Finleyville; theft, receiving stolen property, unauthorized use of access device, forgery; charged in December; sentence – $2,382 restitution to victim, mental health evaluation at Centerville Clinic, 18 months of probation.

Several people were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for first offenders. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their record expunged.

Karie Reynolds, 38, of 664 Chestnut St., Bridgeville, was admitted for 23 months for disorderly conduct and simple assault; also ordered to pay $3,400 in restitution to the victim; charged Sept. 8.

Monica S. Miller, 24, of 1719 Jefferson Ave., Lot 7, Washington, was admitted for 12 months for theft; charged Aug. 17.

Darron W. Main Jr., 27, of 360 Bunola River Road, Bunola, was admitted for 12 months for receiving stolen property; charged May 1, 2012.

Appearing before Judge Edward Borkowski were:

Kurt Karmann, 22, of 1204 Sunset Drive, Bulger; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged April 11; sentence – 18 months of probation.

Leah Cox, 32, of 37 Rural Ave., Washington; retail theft, conspiracy; charged April 17; sentence – 23 months probation in the restrictive probation program.

Terry L. Cox, 52, of 37 Rural Ave., Washington; retail theft; charged April 17; sentence – 51 days to 12 months in jail, 2 years of probation.

Mark D. Malloy, 30, of 339 Boulevard of the Allies, Pittsburgh; possession of marijuana, disorderly conduct, false identification; charged April 4; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Christina D. Marth, 30, of 15 Sperring Lane, Apt. 10, Claysville; furnishing drug-free urine; charged Jan. 18; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Admitted to the ARD program were:

Kelton M. Essig, 21, of 129 Bellvue Ave., Washington, was admitted for 12 months for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and a gun violation; charged Feb. 14.

Dustin Evans, 30, of 439 Jackson St., Monongahela, was admitted for 12 months for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 31, 2011.

Jamie L. Lemon, 43, of 89 O’Hare Road, Canonsburg, was admitted for 6 months for disorderly conduct; charged Oct. 9.

George E. Peterson III, 42, of 106 McBurney Road, Canonsburg, was admitted for 12 months for disorderly conduct; charged Sept. 17.

Appearing before Judge Katherine Emery were:

Kristin A. Barfield, 49, of 219 1/2 Ridge Ave., Apt. 1, Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 16, 2011; sentence – 6 months of probation.

Nicholas Donofrio, 22, of 625 N. Negley Ave., Pittsburgh; possession of a controlled substance; charged Nov. 15, 2012; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Dawn Sutton, 33, of 84 W. Wheeling St., Washington; simple assault, theft; charged May 10, 2010, and June 17, 2012; sentence – 12 months of probration, $900 restitution, no contact with victim.
