Centerville Clinics theft trial set

1 min read

A Fredericktown-area father and son are scheduled to appear for trial this term in Washington County Court on charges they conspired to use a company credit card to purchase $6,000 in gasoline for the family’s vehicles over two years.

Mark J. Abbadini, 56, and Aaron Abbadini, 22, both of 29 Emery Road, are scheduled to appear within the next three weeks before Judge Katherine B. Emery on charges of theft, unauthorized use of an access device and conspiracy, court records show.

Centerville police said the elder Abbadini was employed at Centerville Clinics, 1070 Old National Pike, and had access to its fleet vehicles and Sheetz purchasing card between January 2011 and February 2013, the affidavit indicates.

Store surveillance allegedly captured images of both men purchasing gasoline for their personal vehicles on the clinics’ account, the record shows.
