Court cases
The following were sentenced recently in Washington County Court.
Appearing before Judge Katherine Emery were:
Darryl J. Beckner, 51, of 290 Roosevelt St., Washington; simple assault, driving under the influence of alcohol; charged Dec. 8; sentence – 48 hours to 6 months in jail, 12 months of probation, $500 fine, 12-month license suspension.
Ronald D. Holloway, 34, of 407 Grandview Ave., Monongahela; carrying a firearm without a license, driving with a suspended license; charged Aug. 27; sentence – 18 months of probation, $25 fine.
Jacob A. Fonner, 28, of 195 School St., Waynesburg; conspiracy to commit retail theft; charged Sept. 18; sentence – $150 fine, $65 restitution.
Jason M. Bonus, 21, of 813 Short St., Canonsburg; delivery of a controlled substance; charged Feb. 12, 2012; sentence – 9 to 23 months of home monitoring with work release.
Marie F. Walleck, 37, of 23 Klinger Road, Canonsburg; two counts of second offense DUI; charged Nov. 30 and Feb. 11; sentence – 23 months in RIPP followed by six months of home monitoring, $3,000 fine, 36-month license suspension.
Olivia E. Domenick, 21, of 916 Watson St., Coraopolis; retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft; charged Jan. 7; sentence – 18 months of probation, restitution to be determined, no contact with Walmart.
Justin J. Chearney, 24, of 247 Rankin Road, Ruffsdale; conspiracy to commit theft, receiving stolen property; charged Oct. 25; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution to be determined.
Mindi M. McCloy, 23, of 164 Bow St., Stockdale; three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance; charged Jan. 11, 23 and 24; placed in the Probation Without Verdict program for 12 months, 25 hours of community service.
