Community events
Throckmorton United Methodist Church will hold its community meal from 5 to 6:30 p.m. today. The menu will include creamed chicken over biscuits, mashed potatoes, green beans, applesauce, beverages and desserts. Everyone is welcome, takeouts are available and donations are accepted.
John Corby Chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution will meet at 1 p.m. today at Home Town Restaurant on High Street in Waynesburg.
Greene County Planning Commission will meet at 7 p.m. June 24 in the second-floor conference room of the Greene County Office Building.
