Area bars cited for liquor violations
State Liquor Control Enforcement released citations Thursday for two area restaurants that were charged with separate liquor law violations.
Pizza Jo’s Six Packs in California was cited for serving an intoxicated person in January, and Sauce Bar and Burger in Bridgeville was cited for refilling liquor bottles in April. Both cases will be heard by an administrative law judge, who can issue fines ranging from $50 to $5,000 and has the authority to suspend or revoke licenses.
