Vehicle damaged: The mirror and front fender area were damaged on a vehicle parked on Sherman Avenue between June 10 and June 11, state police said. The vehicle is owned by Robert Lang of Waynesburg. Anyone with information on the incident is asked to call state police at 724-627-6151.

Harassment: John Ray Lipscomb, 49, of Greensboro was cited for harassment after he allegedly shoved and slapped Erica Eldon Yatsko, 19, of Greensboro, in the face at 1 p.m. Monday at 225 Lock St., Greensboro, state police said.
