Pittsburgh attorney Paul T. Grater is representing North Strabane Township in a lawsuit filed by the Glencannon homowners’ association over damages to a pond. He replaced Washington attorney Pat Smider, who was named in a story in Saturday’s edition as the township’s attorney in the case.

Agna Lesniakowski stated that $45,000 was the amount offered to Canonsburg Borough by Terry Bove, of Bove Development Corp., if a second access point on Crawford Street is approved. Information in Tuesday’s edition was incomplete.
