Numerous people appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges.
Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:
Edward E. Vanschaick, 39, of 35 Lemoyne Ave., Pittsburgh; receiving stolen property; charged following a traffic stop Feb. 27, 2012, in the 100 block of Southpointe Boulevard, Cecil Township, for using a stolen license plate; sentence – 6 months of probation.
Adam J. Pager, 24, of 54 Grange Road, Coal Center; possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct; charged following an incident Sept. 23 at 36 Pennsylvania Ave., California Borough; sentence – 12 months of probation, $300 fine.
Andrew J.H. Adams, 31, of 342 West Wylie Ave., Washington; first offense of driving under the influence; charged following a traffic stop March 22 on Interstate 70 west at the north junction in South Strabane Township for having a controlled substance in his system; sentence – 30 days to 6 months on electronic home monitoring, $1,200 fine, 12-month license suspension.
Rhys W. Williams, 27, of 6 Morningside Drive, Wintersville, Ohio; criminal trespass; charged following a break-in Dec. 17 at 50 Purdy Road Extension, Hanover Township; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail.
Erin M. Dragone, 37, of 1602 Spring Garden Ave., Pittsburgh; retail theft, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged for stealing merchandise June 11 from the Tanger Outlets Saks Fifth Avenue in South Strabane Township; sentence – 9 to 23 months in jail.
John P. St Vincent, 32, of 640 East Main Street, Apt. A, Monongahela; burglary; charged May 31 for burglarizing the Mon Valley Laundromat in Monongahela; sentence – 15 to 30 months in prison.
Michelle M. Davidson, 40, of 503 Hickory Circle, Canonsburg; theft by deception, three counts of possession of a controlled substance; charged for making unauthorized purchases on a South Franklin Township man’s bank card in 2011; charged Oct. 21, 2011, for using unauthorized prescriptions to obtain prescription drugs; sentence – 36 months of probation, ordered to pay $492 in restitution.
Christopher D. Thomas Jr., 18, of 219 Ridge Ave., Apt. 3, Washington; conspiracy to commit robbery, two counts of receiving stolen property, fleeing or attempting to elude police; charged for stealing items June 7 from a Washington woman’s vehicle; charged following a stolen vehicle pursuit Aug. 11 in Canonsburg; charged for his role in the gunpoint robbery of a pizza delivery driver Aug. 15 in the 1100 block of Arch Street in Washington; sentence – 18 to 36 months in prison followed by 12 months of probation, ordered to pay $74 in restitution.
Falen N. Schade, 30, of 2025 Main St., Arona; accident involving damage to property, driving with a suspended license, reckless driving; charged following a hi-and-run Nov. 14 at First Street and McKean Avenue in Charleroi; sentence – 12 months of probation, 12-month license suspension, $400 fine.
Eric A. Hall, 25, of 425 Scott Ave., Monessen; receiving stolen property, three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal mischief; charged April 21 after he was found with drug paraphernalia in the 600 block of Crest Ave., Charleroi; charged July 11 after police responded to a GPS being stolen from a vehicle at 605 Seventh St., Charleroi; charged July 24 after police found drug paraphernalia on his person while responding to an incident at 236 Washington Ave., Charleroi; charged Aug. 3, police after he was found with drug paraphernalia on Grandview Way, Speers; sentence – 18 months of probation with intensive supervision, 25 hours of community service.
