1 min read

WAYNESBURG – A Millsboro man charged with driving under the influence of alcohol pleaded guilty to the charges Friday before Greene County Judge Farley Toothman just before his case was scheduled to go to trial.

Keith Allen Walker, 41, of 223 Rices Landing Road, pleaded guilty to all charges against him, which include DUI, second offense, and driving while his operating privileges are suspended or revoked.

Walker will be sentenced following the preparation of a pre-sentence report.

Walker was arrested Oct. 16, 2010, by Waynesburg police. Police said they had observed Walker’s vehicle following a vehicle they eventually stopped for a traffic violation.

Walker drove past police and then returned, pulling his vehicle behind the police car. When police went to question him, they noticed the strong odor of alcohol. Walker was arrested and later found to have a blood-alcohol level of 0.165 percent.
