A Washington County jury returned a not-guilty verdict in a matter of minutes Tuesday, acquitting a man on a charge of drunken driving.

East Bethlehem Township police charged William L. White II, 40, of Jefferson, Greene County, after apprehending him in Fredericktown.

Presiding at the trial was Judge Katherine Emery.
