Parkway work planned

Work to inspect overhead bridges above ramps at the Parkway West (Interstate 376)/Carnegie interchange in Allegheny County will occur Thursday and Friday, weather permitting.

The ramps will remain open with traffic shifted around work areas from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. both days. Brief traffic stoppages also may occur. Work will take place on the on-ramp from Carnegie to the outbound parkway and off-ramp from the outbound parkway.

Crews from HDR Engineering and the Sofis Co. will conduct the work.
