Canonsburg man waives charges

1 min read

A Canonsburg man who allegedly had a large quantity of marijuana in his home earlier this year waived his case to court Thursday.

Eric Chronister, 29, of 120 Oak Spring Road, was scheduled for a preliminary hearing before District Judge David Mark on charges of possession, possession with intent to deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

At the time of his arrest in late January, Canonsburg police said he was believed to be a high level dealer of marijuana.

Chronister is free on $50,000 bond.
