1 min read

An Allegheny County man accused of burglarizing a West Pike Run Township home more than 2 1/2 years ago waived his case to court Tuesday.

Mark R. Zabieliski, 36, of Brentwood, was scheduled for a preliminary hearing Tuesday before District Judge Curtis Thompson on charges of burglary, conspiracy, criminal trespass, theft and criminal mischief.

He is accused by state police of going to the home of Christian M. Tiano, 252 California Drive, Aug. 27, 2010, and stealing a pink laptop, pink iPod and an iPod station. Sarah E. Thorpe, 27, also of Brentwood, was charged with conspiracy for allegedly serving as his lookout.

Zabieliski is free from the Washington County jail on $25,000 percentage bond. There has been no disposition of Thorpe’s case.
