Police beat May 6
Charged in fight: Robert A. Finney and Melissa R. Finney, both 31 and of Washington, are charged with simple assault and harassment in connection with a disturbance about 2:30 a.m. Sunday at 14 Weaver Run Road, state police said.
Burglary attempt: An attempt was made between 2 a.m. and 5 p.m. Friday to illegally enter a house owned by Ruth N. DeWitt at 2918 S Bridge Road, state police said.
Man charged: James B. Burgess, 59, address unknown, is charged by state police with public drunkenness over an incident about 3 p.m. Saturday at 108 W. Wylie Ave., state police said.
Man charged: Theodore R. Frye Jr., 56, address unknown, is facing charges of criminal mischief and public drunkenness over accusations he broke a window about 7:10 p.m. Saturday at 110 W. Wylie Ave., state police said.
Charged in fight: James J. Woods, 39, and Nancy E. Woods, 57, both of Marianna, were charged by state police with harassment and disorderly conduct in connection with an altercation about 7:20 p.m. Friday at 703 Sixth St., police said.
Bar disturbance: Joanna Mongelluzzo, 24, of Washington, and Samantha Wulf, 21, of Bentleyville, were charged by state police with harassment in connection with a disturbance about 6:40 p.m. Thursday at Tradesmen’s Inn, Route 40, police said.
DUI crash: Samuel Griest, 21, of Canonsburg, is facing a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol after his vehicle struck a deer on Interstate 79 north and crashed into an embankment about 12:30 a.m. April 23, state police said.
Burglary reported: Items were stolen Wednesday or Thursday from a residence owned by Doris Dunaway at 900 Lagonda Road, state police said.
DUI crash: Dasha Gullick, 25, of Eighty Four, faces a charge of driving under the influence of drugs following receipt of the results of a blood test taken after her alleged involvement in a one-vehicle crash about 7:30 p.m. April 10 on Interstate 70 west, state police said.
