Washington County Bar Association releases judicial poll results
The Washington County Bar Association polled its members on the qualifications of the eight candidates for the Court of Common Pleas and today released the results. Sixty percent of the 320 members returned ballots, rating each candidate as highly recommended, recommended or not recommended. Members also had the option to cast no vote.
Mike Lucas received the most “highly recommended” votes at 126. Receiving the most “not recommended votes” was Charles Kurowski with 140.
Two candidates will be elected in November to fill vacant seats on the court.
