Additional police to patrol Peters Township High School after bomb threat

1 min read

Additional police will be on hand at Peters Township High School Thursday after a bomb threat was discovered in a bathroom at the building Wednesday afternoon.

According to a telephone message sent to parents in the school district Wednesday, police searched the building and found no dangerous materials. The district said administrators did not believe the threat was credible.

Keystone biology exams scheduled for Thursday have been postponed until Friday, and high school students have been instructed to not bring backpacks to school Thursday. Students should bring personal items to school in clear plastic bags.
