East Franklin Grange 1709 will meet at 7 p.m. today at the grange hall. Lecturer Dr. Lonnie Brewster will be in charge of the program. Plans for summer activities will be discussed. All grangers are urged to attend.
A Prime Time Fellowship and covered-dish dinner will be held at 6 p.m. Friday in the fellowship hall of the First Church of the Nazarene. Bring enough food to share with eight to 12 people. Following dinner, Jean Meadows from the Jeffeson Church of the Nazarene, will lead a devotion. The evening will conclude by playing various table games. The Warrior Trail Association will have a public hike as part of Keystone Trails Association’s Pennsylvania Hiking Week. Those participating are asked to meet at the Greene Plaza parking lot at 10 a.m. Sunday. Bring some water, a lunch, your binoculars, bird and flower books.
