Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges.

Appearing before Judge Edward Borkowski were:

Richard O. Werbel, 29, of 221 Julrich Drive, McMurray; theft; charged July 29; sentence – 12 months of probation, $600 restitution.

Adam R. Smith, 22, of 43779 Crem Ridge Road, Lisbon, Ohio; resisting arrest, harassment; charged Aug. 3; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Zackery A. Maier, 29, of 207 S. Main St., Washington; retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft; charged Aug. 6; 12 months of probation.

Dorian C. Jeri-Greene, 27, of 610 Sheridan St., Monongahela; harassment; charged July 8; sentence – 6 months of probation, no contact with victim.

Carrie A. Gallagher, 22, of 483 Reed Ave., Monessen; disorderly conduct, harassment, theft, conspiracy to commit theft; charged Oct. 16, 2011, and July 12, 2012; sentence – 24 months of probation, $7,780 restitution.

Joshua W. Skirble, 21, of 114 Lincoln St., Cokeburg; three counts of criminal trespass, theft; charged March 23, 2011; sentence – 3 to 23 months in jail with work release, $99 restitution, no contact with victim during period of sentence, 12 months of probation.

Zackary A. Thomas, 21, of 230 Easy St., Waynesburg; theft, simple assault; charged March 29; sentence – 90 days to 18 months on home monitoring with work release, no contact with victim.

William E. Thompson III, 28, of 103 Munnel St., Canonsburg; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 19; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Brittany R. Fullum, 24, of 65 Clayton Court Road, Washington; criminal trespass, conspiracy to commit theft, theft; charged May 30; sentence – 23 months of probation, $1 restitution but may be modified.

Joseph T. Hoffman, 34, of 223 N. Graham St., Pittsburgh; conspiracy to commit theft by deception, theft by deception, conspiracy to commit theft, seven counts of forgery; charged May 8, 16 and 24; sentence – 9 to 23 months in jail, $34,083 restitution, 3 years of probation.

Kishella D. Schneider, 26, of 5 Christy Lane, Washington; simple assault, resisting arrest, criminal mischief; charged July 30; sentence – 12 months of probation, $385 restitution.

Valinecia L. Barnes, 39, of 72 Broadway St., Allison; retail theft; charged Sept. 2; sentence – 18 months of probation.

Robert D. Weatherspoon, 63, of 25 Murtland Ave., Washington; four counts of robbery; charged Nov. 17, 22, 28 and Dec. 11, 1991; sentence – 8 to 23 months in jail.

Jason Mooney, 42, of 413 N. Jefferson Ave., Canonsburg; sexual abuse of children, corruption of minors; charged Aug. 24, 2012; sentence – 1 to 2 years in jail with work release, $80 restitution, no contact with victim, comply with Megan’s Law registration, 12 months of probation.

Patrick A. Williams, 27, of 109 School Road, Hyde Park; possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged June 8; sentence – 18 months of probation.

Albert O. Austin, 57, of 239 Shawnee St., Monessen; simple possession of a controlled substance; charged May 31; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Daniel P. Kelly Jr., 28, of 1150 E. Beau St., Washington; accident involving damage attended vehicle/property; charged Feb. 16; sentence – 12 months of probation, $400 restitution.

Glen E. Miller II, 35, of 408 E. Greene St., Carmichaels; possession of an instrument of crime, theft, driving with a suspended license, operating vehicle without required financial responsibility; charged May 5; sentence – 23 months of probation, $500 fine.
