Fugitive arrested: Christopher A. Corbin, 32, of 170 S. Wade Ave., East Washington, is charged by borough police with theft and unauthorized use, accused of stealing a car owned by Mark McNeely while it was pared at 86 S. Wade Aug. 25, 2012, court records show. Corbin is in Washington County jail on $5,000 bond after being arrested on a warrant and arraigned Wednesday before District Judge Robert Redlinger.

Theft reported: State police said construction supplies, including a manhole cover and metal pipes, were stolen from R.A. Monzo Construction Co. in Avella between 7:30 a.m. Oct. 29 and 1:30 p.m. Oct. 30.

Drug arrest: Tiffany M. Merolillo, 21, of 11 Downer St., Elrama, was charged by city police with drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and careless driving in connection with a one-vehicle accident about 9:45 p.m. Sept. 9 in the 200 block of Main Street in New Eagle, court records show. Police accuse her of having four stamp bags of heroin when she crashed her car into a utility pole, escaping injury. She is in Washington County jail on $10,000 bond after being arrested on a warrant Wednesday and arraigned before District Judge Mark Wilson.

Burglary report: A resident along the 100 block of Park Avenue told city police computers and other items valued at $1,500 were discovered stolen there about 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.
