A Trinity Area High School student playing in the Powder Puff charity football game had to be flown by medical helicopter to a Pittsburgh hospital following a collision Wednesday night, Principal Donald Snoke said. He would not identify the girl or provide her grade, but said the incident happened about 9:15 p.m. at the high school field. He said she was taken to a hospital for precautionary reasons, but did not know the severity of her injuries.
