NWS forecasts snow for Tuesday

It may be time to pull out the snow shovel and salt.

The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook for Southwestern Pa. for Monday evening into Tuesday.

A widespread snow accumulation of one to two inches has been forecasted, with higher amounts possible in higher terrain.

Monday evening’s rain will turn to snow overnight, with an accumulation of 1 to 2 inches possible.

Snow showers will continue through Tuesday, with another possible inch of snow.
