Traffic restrictions announced

Traffic will be reduced to a single lane starting Monday through March 1, 2014, on Highland Avenue between College Street and Central Avenue and on Ridge Avenue between Central and Murtland avenues in Washington. Flaggers will control traffic while Pennsylvania-American Water Co. crews replace lines.
