The following people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court.

Appearing before Judge Katherine Emery were:

Brooke A. Faust, 26, of 3848 Brownsville Road, Apt. 6, Pittsburgh; recklessly endangering another person; charged Dec. 2, 2012; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Joseph M. Terrell Jr., 24, of 3270 McRoberts Road, Pittsburgh; receiving stolen property; charged Jan. 29; sentence – 3 years of probation, $500 restitution.

Charles S. Swoger, 24, of 93 South St., Brownsville; receiving stolen property, fleeing; charged Dec. 6 and 28, 2012; sentence – 3 to 23 months in jail, 23 months of probation, 50 hours of community service, $212 restitution.

Paul R. Czolba, 45, of 395 Donnan Ave., Apt. 18, Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, operating a vehicle without insurance, operating a vehicle without valid inspection; charged June 14; sentence – 12 months of probation, $525 fine.

Richard M. Dlubak, 24, of 3311 Conway Wallrose Road, Sewickley; DUI, driving with a suspended license; charged Aug. 14, 2012; sentence – 72 hours to 6 months in jail, $1,200 fine, 12-month license suspension.

Erin A. Dixon, 54, of 370 Southridge Drive, Pittsburgh; second offense of DUI; charged March 24; sentence – 60 days to 6 months in jail with the first 60 days on home monitoring with work release on SCRAM-X, $750 fine, 12-month license suspension, 12-month interlock suspension.

Paula M. Gaskill, 38, of 99 Water St., Apt. 3-B, Masontown; two counts of bad checks; charged Nov. 7, 2012; sentence – 1 to 12 months in jail, $1,162.50 restitution.

Brian K. Washington, 49, of 507 Hickory Circle, Canonsburg; criminal trespass, simple assault, unlawful restraint; charged March 5; sentence – 20 days to 23 months in jail, $1,039 restitution plus medical expenses to be determined.

Randolph T. Lewis Jr., 42, of 85 Hazelwood Drive, Washington; criminal mischief; charged Aug. 14; sentence – 12 months of probation, $700 fine plus $1,800 for old cases.
