Police beat Nov. 21

Underage drinking: Tyler E. Peerson, of Bethleham, was arrested for possessing instruments of crime, resisting arrest, false identification, underage drinking and disorderly conduct after he used an identification card of another to gain entry into J Coles Tavern, Third St. California Borough police said. When officers confronted Peerson, he became combative and refused to cooperate. He was arraigned before District Judge Joshua Kanalis. He remains in Washington County jail on a $25,000 bond.

Fight: Two 16-year-olds were cited for disorderly conduct after a reported fight at Euclid Avenue and Perry Como Street Tuesday, Canonsburg police said. James Russell and Thomas Frantini, both of Canonsburg, sustained minor injuries to their faces. Both declined medical treatment and were released to family members.

Unauthorized use: Carolyn Jackson, 48, of Canonsburg, was arrested after she failed to return a borrowed vehicle Tuesday, Canonsburg police said. Jackson borrowed the vehicle Nov.10 and was suppose to return it Nov. 12. The vehicle was located and returned to the owner. A summons for unauthorized use was sent by mail.

Construction items stolen: Angle iron, valued at $2,013, and lumber, valued at $910, were stolen from two construction sites on Sutherland Drive and on Cortland Drive, township police said. The items are owned by Ryan Homes and were reported stolen at 4:13 p.m. Tuesday.
