The following people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court.
Appearing before Judge John F. DiSalle were:
Richard A. Heinzelman, 48, of 163 Route 837, Monongahela; robbery and theft; charged May 20; sentence – 2 to 4 years in state prison, pay $423 in restitution.
Robert M. Cole, 27, of 130 Meadowbrook Circle, Venetia, loitering and prowling and public drunkenness; charged Jan. 23; sentence – 12 months of probation, 25 hours of community service and $50 fine.
Travis Herriot, 25, of 21 Herriot Lane, McDonald; retail theft; charged June 21; sentence – 23 months of probation, continue treatment, banned from Verizon Store and pay $159.98 in restitution.
Karen M. Burton, 45, of 521 Park Ave., Monongahela; forgery and access device fraud; charged Aug. 13; sentence – 23 month in county jail, pay $2,682 in restitution and have no contact with victim.
Rudy L. Menhart, 36, of 939 Linden Road, Eighty Four; theft; charged July 31; 12 months of probation, Accelerated Rehabilitation Disposition Program for first offenders and pay $99.64 in restitution.
Melissa A. Leasure, 31,of 1342 Meldon Ave., Donora; theft; charged Nov. 28, 2012; previous sentence revoked, 3 to 12 months in county jail and no contact with victim.
Alexander J. Ross, 19, of 326 Jucunda St., Pittsburgh; disorderly conduct; charged Dec. 2, 2012; sentence – 90 days to 6 months on electronic home monitoring.
Christopher A. Davin, 31, of 1033 Mayfair Drive, Canonsburg; retail theft; charged July 31; sentence – 23 months Restricted Intermediate Punishment, banned from Walmart and pay $430 in restitution.
Shawn Laschinsky, 21, of 400 W. Pike St., Canonsburg; false reports, resisting arrest and false identification; charged Jan. 7; sentence – 23 months of probation, no contact with victim and cost of restitution to be determined.
Kristie Stetz, 32, of 1 Pear St., Ellsworth; bad checks; charged Aug. 30; sentence – 23 months of probation, drug and alcohol evaluation, $50 restitution and no contact with victim.
William Dietz, 19, of 410 10th St., Charleroi; corruption of minors; charged Nov. 5, 2012; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with minors involved in matter.
Matthew A. Thompson, 30, of 213 Washington Ave., Midway; simple assault and disorderly conduct; charged Dec. 3, 2012; sentence – 18 months of probation and domestic violence classes.
Leonard A. Lenkiewicz, 38, of 412 Chestnut St., Apollo; receiving advance payment for services and failing to perform; charged June 20, 2012; sentence – 18 months of probation, pay $2,923 in restitution and have no contact with victim.
Leonard J. Skubic, 50, of 605 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi; robbery; charged May 31; sentence – 18 to 36 months in prison.
Jamie M. Smith, 27, of 407 Carothers Ave., Carnegie; driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance; charged July 16; sentence – 6 months in the Intermediate Punishment Program, 30 days of electronic home monitoring including a SCRAM-X monitor, $1,000 fine and complete drug and alcohol evaluation.

Pieter J. Strauss, 27, of 11 Pine St., Avella; reckless endangerment; charged Sept. 11, 2012; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Derrick L. Clements, 56, of 333 Central Ave., Washington, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Dec. 17, 2012; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Wendy A. Pellick, 48, of 221 S. California Drive, Coal Center; drug possession and retail theft; charged Aug. 22; sentence – 12 months of probation, $300 fine and drug and alcohol evaluation and treatment.
Stacey A. Whiteman, 45, of 545 Alamae Lakes Road, Washington; drug possession with intent to deliver; March 25; sentence – 36 months of probation.
Appearing before Visiting Judge Edward J. Borkowski were:
Brian Thomas, 50, of 141 Morton St., Millsboro; simple assault; charged May 16; sentence – 10 days to 23 months in county jail, have no contact with the victim and undergo drug, alcohol and anger-management treatment.
Erik Price, 31, of 275 Donnan Ave., Washington; disorderly conduct; charged Aug. 16; sentence – 12 months of probation and undergo drug and alcohol treatment.
William P. Thompson, 22, of 10 Washington St., Van Voorhis; driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense; charged April 15; sentence – 60 days on home monitoring, 12-month license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock.
