Box truck crash: State police said they plan to charge an Indiana man with driving under the influence after he crashed a box truck into a concrete barrier at West Alexander on-ramp to Interstate 70 in Donegal Township. Police said Richard L. Robertson, 48, of Coatsville, was trying to enter the interstate from Old Brick Road when he hit the barrier at 8:45 p.m. Wednesday. Robertson was not injured in the crash, police said.
