DUI crash: Stefan G. Chaussard, 24, of 652 Miller Run Road, Cuddy, was charged with driving under the influence after his vehicle struck a parked car at 5:49 a.m. Sunday on North Huffman Street, Waynesburg police said. Police said Chaussard’s blood-alcohol content was 0.087 percent. Damage to the vehicles was minor.
